Services
TradeCatch designs, installs, and manages automated communication workflows for contractor businesses. The live product module today is missed-call response with lead qualification and technician alerting. Quote follow-up and related modules are offered only when explicitly included in a written proposal after they ship. Services are scoped and priced individually following an audit and confirmed in that proposal.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving message content and escalation rules before launch, and ensuring that licensed staff handle diagnosis, pricing, and safety-related decisions.
Service limitations
The system does not diagnose technical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical, or safety conditions, and does not guarantee any specific volume of leads, bookings, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including demand, pricing, and service quality.
Emergency handling
The system escalates messages using rules the client approves in advance; it does not itself assess or respond to emergencies. Handling of urgent or safety-related situations remains the responsibility of the contractor and their qualified personnel at all times, and clients must maintain their own emergency-response process independent of this system.
Fees and payment
Setup and monthly management fees are outlined in your proposal and invoiced according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation and refunds
Either party may terminate the management agreement with written notice according to the term specified in your proposal. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun; unused prepaid management fees for the remainder of a notice period are not refunded except as required by applicable Quebec consumer-protection law.
Electronic acceptance
Proposals, this agreement, and related documents may be accepted electronically (including by e-signature or by written confirmation such as email). Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, consistent with Quebec's legal framework for information technology (An Act to establish a legal framework for information technology).
Limitation of liability
TradeCatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the system, including missed communications caused by third-party phone, SMS, or software providers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
