What TradeCatch does
TradeCatch can text missed callers, collect details you approve, and alert contacts you designate using rules you approve before launch.
What TradeCatch does not do
The system does not diagnose technical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical or safety conditions. It does not decide whether a situation is an emergency, give safety instructions you have not approved, or replace 911 / public emergency services.
Your responsibility
Handling of urgent or safety-related situations remains the responsibility of the contractor and qualified personnel at all times. You must maintain your own emergency-response process independent of this system.
Approved escalation only
Messages and escalations follow templates and routing rules you signed off on. Change those rules with us in writing before they go live.
Customer-facing clarity
If your templates mention emergencies, they must make clear that life-threatening situations require calling local emergency services first.
