Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scope
This policy covers TradeCatch setup fees and ongoing monthly management fees for contractor revenue-recovery systems. Specific notice periods and amounts are confirmed in your written proposal.
Monthly management
Either party may end the management agreement with written notice according to the term in your proposal (typically 30 days). Service continues through the notice period unless both parties agree otherwise.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover design, configuration, message writing, testing and launch. Once that work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.
Unused prepaid management
Unused prepaid management fees for the remainder of a notice period are not refunded, except where Québec consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Founding launch guarantee
If an agreed founding system is not live because of a delay on our side, your first management month is credited as described in your founding agreement.
How to cancel
Send written notice to ara.ghahramanyan07@gmail.com (or the email on your proposal). We will confirm the end date and any final invoice in writing.

If something in your proposal conflicts with this page, the signed proposal controls. Contact us before canceling if you want to adjust scope instead.
